Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bowlarama Bowls. We value our customers and strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Period:

• You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Return:

   • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

   • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to complete your return.

2. Non-returnable Items:

   • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable.

3. Returns Process:

   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at spoonme@bowlaramabowls.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions.

   • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds:

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

5. Exchanges:

   • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.

6. Sale Items:

   • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

7. Consumer Guarantees:

   • As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If any product is found to be faulty or of unacceptable quality, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
